A brand identity for Jaguar was produced that kept the rich heritage but appealed to a new, contemporary audience. The iconic Jaguar leaper was firstly sculpted in clay then cast in resin. This was then digitised into a 3D format and rasterised for the logo. Retouching at this stage was required to achieve the sleek, dynamic marque that would work on large format print with a logotype that was redrawn, creating a unified design.
An on-line brand management resource was then created covering all aspects of the new identity. This included logo suites and guidance on the use of colour, imagery and typography.
