Being the world’s oldest domestic cup competition the Emirates FA Cup rebrand celebrated the rich heritage and tradition with a fresh and premium look. A unique new trophy icon was developed along with a new typeface, assets and guidelines to bring together cohesive branding that was implemented across print, digital, stadium assets, social and broadcast.
My involvement on the project entailed refining the vector icon and logo, subsequent print testing and the final stage of logo suite artworks. Artworking and testing brand assets such as the ribbon device for print and digital and also working on the brand guidelines.
